Customer would register their email address with EIS and EIS would tie the email address (log in) to the EIS account number in SAP
The app would allow EIS customers to input Model Number, Serial Number, type in notes, and take a picture of the motor, nameplate, part, etc and submit their request for replacement motor quote or replacement parts quote
App would send email to EIS and GE with the information the customer provided into the app referencing customers account number.
This could allow a simpler quoting process for the customer and more efficient use of our customerís time to quote.
